Lee Ann Levesque brings over 24 years of experience in Property Management. In 1978 Lee Ann received her Associate Bachelor & Science Degree in Marketing and Management. In 1982, while specializing in the relocation of transferred Executives, Lee Ann obtained her Graduate Real Estate Institute certification. Obtaining her Public Housing Management Certification, Lee Ann also worked in Public Housing. Lee Ann was the co-owner of a Rental Property Management company during which time she achieved the New Hampshire’s Broker License. In 2004 she obtained her Florida Real Estate License and began working with Coldwell Banker Sunstar/Morris as a Property Manager where she was promoted to her current position of Director of Property Management.
